Russia collusion: Harris presents the stupid version. 

Obama and his team conspired to destroy Trump’s presidency.

The thrust of the Intel analysis from .@DNIGabbard is that Russia collusion was a lie. 
A blue ribbon grand champion lie, massaged, manipulated, and regurgitated from the top.

There was no indication of direct Russian threat to manipulate the actual vote count through cyber means. 
Obama lied.
