gud tech alone doesn't form culture 

and culture matters a lot. it starts from the top and it takes a long time to build. 

besides all the chatter about @anoma lately, there's something that stand out for me 

whoever is in charge of their X and comms is not afraid to experiment and break the corporate norm

why is this important? because most people don't understand the particularities of blockchain tech and there are so many competitors in this race anoma is in atm 

i'm looking for teams with conviction, with passion, without fear of their investors and the corporate ladder we're here to replace 

so yeah, i resonate with this anoma vibe
