$UNH - X% holding formally acknowledged it is facing a DOJ investigation over Medicare billing. This is largely priced in I believe but the depth of how far this goes can push the stock lower. 

Regardless $UNH is in good shape over the next X years but further uncertainty remains that will hopefully start to be cleared next week during the call.
