Whoa! Germany's army might get spy cockroaches 🪳

The startup Swarm Biotactics has created bio-robots based on living insects and offered the Bundeswehr to use its unique technology.

🪖The cyborg cockroaches are equipped with special miniature backpacks and cameras for reconnaissance and surveillance. Sven Weitzenegger, head of the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Center, shared this with Reuters.

The military will be able to control each cockroach individually. The second option is working autonomously in "entire swarms."
