The US Embassy in Bangkok warned citizens living or traveling near the Thailand-Cambodia border to follow instructions from Thai security forces and consult local authorities for the latest updates amid fighting along the border.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep concern about the situation. China hopes both sides will resolve their issues through talks and negotiations. The spokesperson emphasized that China remains neutral and is ready to help reduce tensions.
