Never realized how unnatural it is to get isolated blue light without red/infrared, kind of obvious in hindsight.

Also crazy how sauna is basically a legal fever hack but 4–7x/week? That’s a lifestyle, not a hobby. 

I wonder what the minimum effective dose really is for those longevity gains.
