I don't see anything I listed would effect LTC (at least in a major way). Current law is that LTC is a sch. a deduction for med exp with XXX% of AGI floor, so very few take it anyway. The benefits are taxed based on excess of cost or alternative formula (if i recall).

Honestly, I would roll back social security totally, but I was just focusing on tax code. SS Benefits would have to supplemented from general fund. SE tax is just such a strong disincentive to entrepreneurs. So in this version payroll tax would remain. In a broader policy convo I'd advocate for a complete redo of social security.
