Hi $KENDU and friends.

Post #31 until we hit $100bil Mcap. I had a grueling leg day.  However, I have good news, my legs are definitely getting stronger and bigger.  I can tell when I try to put on my knee sleeves prior to even starting.  They are tight as hell getting over the calves and I don’t really train them.  Also, leg curls for 175lbs felt light.

Consistency in the #gym is really paying off.  I know #KENDU will reach #100bil soon because we are consistently active across different socials and constantly building value into the project.

Only way to see gains in gym, life, or #crypto it is consistency.
