@FoxNews @seanhannity Last year, the MAGA kangaroo court said that a president has presumptive immunity.  The doj won't touch a president.  If Trump personally took Obama to court, the Trump doj would have to defend Obama.  Will that ever happen?

Presidents are free to do whatever they want to do.
