$BMNR the pipe resale registration is still pending. 

Two form D’s were filed on July XX. 

• Indicating a potential increase or doubling in the pipe sale  
or they made a clerical error to purposely cause a delay. 

• either way, registration is still coming per sec filings and guidelines , also tom Lee himself admitting it on cnbc .
