A massive win for @POTUS and his administration. 

This settlement underscores the fact that Columbia FAILED to protect Jewish students, faculty, and staff. 

I commend @EDSecMcMahon for fighting for what’s right. @HouseGOP and the @EdWorkforceCmte will continue our work to ensure universities are held accountable.
