@bglaeser8 Naming three players on reasonable contracts doesn’t help the narrative imo

If Bregman was available (he’s not but let’s say he is) the convo wouldn’t be “can we get him?” The convo would be “how do we clear salary space for him.” 

So payroll absolutely does limit acquisitions
