@BasefoOok @thesiriusreport That would be the initial contributions, yes. 

But the government can just buy all of the bitcoin for sale. just like the gov can buy all of the gold for sale. Obv people realized this decades ago which is why our gold reserves matter for nothing and fiat reigns supreme
