I thought one of Isak or Ekitike would be enough to elevate Liverpool’s final third play, but both? God help the league if Slot finds the right balance with the two on the pitch.

Both can operate off the left, with Kerkez providing the width, or even Wirtz drifting wide at times. And speaking of Wirtz, the link-up play between this trio could be off the charts.

But my questions then: does Bradley start at RB? If Kerkez pushes high, I’m not sure Frimpong would be the best fit on the right. And with both Isak and Ekitike capable of drifting left, could that end up congesting Wirtz’s (best) zone of influence in the left half-space?

Just some random thoughts swirling in my head.
