Which sectors are leading the $SPX higher. I do not focus much on the lagging sectors unless they start to show promise and do catch-up trades. I do not do pair trades. For the year-to-date it may surprise many that the $XLI is the best performer up +16%. The $XLK is 3rd up +11%. X of the XX sectors are performing better than the $SPX for the year: $XLI +16% $XLC +12% $XLK +11% $XLU +11% $XLF +9% $XLB +9% $XLV is the worst performer and the only one in the red. Does that mean that $XLV will do a catch-up trade? I will explore in another post. X of the XX sectors are performing better than the $SPX for the year:
$XLI +16% $XLC +12% $XLK +11% $XLU +11% $XLF +9% $XLB +9%
$XLV is the worst performer and the only one in the red. Does that mean that $XLV will do a catch-up trade? I will explore in another post.
