Košická futbalová aréna (Košice 🇸🇰)
The modern home of #UECL side FC Košice 🇸🇰 is the successor to Všešportový areál. It opened in stages, first being two-sided in 2021 and then adding its other stands over the next few years.

Košice’s place in this year’s Conference League has come on a technicality. They finished 5th in last year’s First Football League, eliminated in the Semi-Finals of the 🇸🇰’s European Play-Offs.
This European spot was supposed to go to Play-Off winners FC DAC 1904 🇸🇰, but they’ve been removed as they’re owned by the same people as fellow UECL participant Győr 🇭🇺
Košice have been able to take DAC’s place as the next best ranked team in the First Football League table, and will try to make that opportunity count by taking on Belarussian Cup holders FC Neman Grodno 🇧🇾
