When I first learned about Catalyst, I thought it was the most genius idea any blockchain ever came up with for continuous development. It was one of the main reasons I believed Cardano would become the top blockchain.

But then, some truly ridiculous proposals started getting funded and the loud voices said nothing. Honestly, I’m really disappointed
