But, much like life - a meme is what you make of it. In its first months, I watched this lil nomnom inspire thousands of people to create there own memes/art/charity in what felt like one of the most electric communities in all of crypto by a country mile. I knew then that nomnom was something special. I promised myself I would see this journey with the nomnom through no matter what that meant. What started as a fun trade for much of the community quickly became something we never expected - a journey of self expression, adversity, love, faith and resilience. I’ve always had a tendency throughout my life to be all in or all out on something and with the shark cat I’ve always been all in - not just because I love the meme but I also love the people who make this meme so special. During rough PA, I thought to myself, this is all part of the story. This journey of uncertainty and adversity is what makes the nomnom special. For better or for worse we’re on this journey together and I’ll never quit on an idea with the inertia and potential nomnom community has. Along with the countless memes I’ve made (I won’t say the number bc if I did you’d prob this I was delusional) (I am). I also did some videos along the way. I felt like I wanted to capture some of these moments in time in a more definitive way so new holders of the coin could better understand the lore while also understanding what it means to be a mf nom. Being a mf nom means not being afraid of what others think - even if it’s not what you want to hear, having faith in yourself/those around you, tears are OK and part of the growth process and most of all spreading LOVE. There is only one thing I know for sure.
