📢 WazirX Scheme of Arrangement: Key Update + Revote Details

🛠️ What's Changed?

The only key change in the amended Scheme:

🔁 When the Scheme becomes effective, Zanmai (FIU-IND registered) will now facilitate access to your tokens & manage WazirX operations — not Zettai.

✅ Everything else stays the same:

• All tokens visible on your Rebalanced NLPA page will be delivered
• Access will be provided within XX business days of the Scheme becoming effective

• You still get your:
 – Share of any future recoveries
 – Exposure to market upside
 – Slice of potential future profits

🗳️ Revoting Timeline:
📅 XX July, 7:30 PM IST – X August, 7:30 PM IST

📦 If a majority votes FOR the Scheme again, token distribution begins within XX business days from effective date — as planned.
