Well - things have changed as I have just posted after being given an update by Dusty... 

BUT - even on the previous track/trend - the local Chatterers were and are presently focused on:

* Demand being created by other groups (immigration policy) 
*  Supply not meeting the runaway demand 

And now that China is on an infrastructure drive again - mining is saved & we get to import cheap solar panels & BYD's... 😉
