The Yankees tweak the cast each year, but the product on the field remains largely the same.

I know so many of you will say the manager is just a PR job at this point, but I don’t buy it. These are Aaron Boone’s teams. His coaching staff. He needs to be accountable. How long do they keep this status quo while expecting different results?

They need to make a change beginning with Boone, NOW, then shaking up the front office in the off season. It isn’t working.
