Now I get it yesterday everyone saw 500%+ in their port and it was too good to not realise , and offering was expected. But now that both of those are out the way let me tell you, $abvx is UNDERVALUED STILL! $5B is nothing! Look at $pfe deal with $arna ~$7B $arna : Post-Phase X $abvx : Post-Phase X ✅ $arna : Me-too MOA $abvx : Novel MOA ✅ $arna : Fatal infection risk (fatal PML) on label $abvx : No infection risk, no fatal PML ✅ $arna : Needs X pre-initiation labs/visits $abvx : No labs or extra doctor visits needed ✅ $abvx is going to become a hedge fund hotel till its inevitable buyout (I hate to be the “omg m&a” guy but it applies 1000% here). $VRNA was a great case study in that regard (albeit commercial). The tiny raise and CEO history of selling previous co’s plays into the buyout thesis + I’ve already posted about other M&A and deals in the UC space… Prebuyout this is worth at least $XXX , post $140-160 Sometimes it is just that straightforward.
