🚨🇬🇭GHANA TO REGULATE CRYPTO PLATFORMS

Ghana’s central bank will officially license and regulate crypto platforms.

Governor Dr. Ernest Addison announced on July 22, 2025 that applications open in January 2026, with the framework live by April 1, 2026. The rules will cover KYC, AML, and 

reporting, aiming to protect users and support Ghana’s fast‑growing crypto market.
