JSW Paints, part of the JSW Group, is acquiring Akzo Nobel India, which owns the Dulux brand in India, for ₹8,986 crore. The deal includes an XXXXX% stake acquisition from Akzo Nobel N.V. and its affiliates, followed by an open offer for another XX% stake.
