Appointing Merrick Garland wasn’t just a fumble - it was the start of a strategy rooted in enabling fascism. 

Garland as AG slow-walked any meaningful accountability. Trump was welcomed to run in 2024 because Biden and the DOJ refused to hold him accountable. They stalled, shielded seditious actors, and let fascism regroup. Blame Biden and the Democrats - any rhetoric about decorum or impartiality is based on lies and counter the reality of the presidency prior to that gaslighting.

Voting for a stopgap President that played for the same donor class as Trump wasn’t resistance, it was complicity and enablement. You peddle this out to obfuscate responsibility away from Biden.
