One upgrade I’d love to see in the DOTbulls is the introduction of a structured mentorship program that pairs experienced "OGs" (original members) with new enthusiasts.

This could involve regular virtual meetups or a dedicated platform where OGs share insights on Polkadot’s technology, market trends, and community strategies.
