The point is this seems like extreme luxury to us, brainwashed in a system where everything is as scarce as the next thing systematically. Luxury is just an extra level of scarceness unatainable for the common man. 

In a fair system "luxury" becomes standard. We'll rather wait until quality meets our demand before we depart from our hard earned money. the tables will turn and "the customer is always right" will be valid again as it once were, before we debased ourselves.
