Tony Elumelu donating "N25 billion" to the govt to support whatever launch isn't a news worth celebrating; So why can't he invest into agriculture himself, or fund farmers who do directly? Why must it pass thru the Lagos State programme? Is this really to help the masses or simply an eyeservice? All the money that was donated to flood victims a few months ago by the elites, where is it today? Enough.
