In Makerere Kivulu Village, Kagugube Parish, Kampala Central, a group of ghetto youth were seen on the streets chanting their candidate’s name as they mobilise and urge residents to go out and participate in the NRM primary elections for local government positions, including Lord Mayor, Division Mayors, and Lord Councilors.
