Absolutely. People underestimate how far censorship has already gone in the EU.
In Germany, we’re seeing home raids over government-critical memes – no joke.

Take a look at §188 of the German Criminal Code:

> “If an insult is committed publicly […] against a person in political life in the context of their political activities and the offence is capable of interfering with the public performance of that person’s office, the penalty is imprisonment for up to five years…”

This law is actually used to silence political criticism.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Right now, there's open debate about banning Germany’s largest opposition party – supported by over XX million voters.

This isn't about protecting democracy.
It’s about controlling the narrative.
