When ADOR mentioned Min Hee-jin's KakaoTalk messages, NewJeans' side countered by saying "Such mentions should be refrained from in open court." The court then questioned back, "Was it an illegal audit?" ADOR then counter-argued, "NewJeans' side also cannot answer that it was an illegal audit." The court mentioned again, "The plaintiff's right to argument should also be guaranteed," once again dismissing NewJeans' side's claims.
