CANARA BANK : IRDAI has approved the IPO of Canara HSBC Life Insurance, according to sources.

Canara Bank holds a XX% stake in the insurance venture, while HSBC owns XX% and PNB holds 23%.

The IPO will be executed entirely through an offer-for-sale, with no fresh issuance .
