I understand the confusion. If you load up the 1/4 hour timeframes we are no where near price discovery (in fact I think it’s XXX% away). 

However on a macro overview (1 week timeframe or higher) then I think it’s fair to say we are sitting not far from ATH’s. 

If you take a look at the chart you can see that the squiggle that I drew completes in October/November. That’s the timeframe I’m looking at when coming to these conclusions.
