At the international level, both Cambodia & Thailand are testing ASEAN, China, and US. Cambodia is growing closer with China, while Thailand remains a US ally &  logistics hub. Both are crucial to Indo-Pacific strategy, especially in the context of a potential Taiwan invasion.
