@GilesParkinson @DavidOsmond8 @renew_economy And as late as X November 2023, (11 months after financial close of Stage 1A) @GilesParkinson himself is still reporting specifically that the ACT tender underwrote 412MW. Both sub-stages. I don't even think he was aware of the financial engineering. 26/
