Fundamentally disagree with this. 

We have more "high IQs" working on the stack than ever before. From 9R, the frontends, node operators, RUJI, base layer, TCY etc. 

Just go check the commit history in any of the gits. TC is undergoing its biggest up-lift in history. 

It's launching blue-sky defi with its brand new app-layer. My DMs are full of engineers just wanting to get on the tools and help ship PRS TO PROD.
