#UPDATE: Police are treating the incident as a terror attack, @ItayBlumental reports.

The terrorist fled the vehicle near Beit Lid base. Police are searching with helicopters, motorcycles, and K9 units. The IDF has set up checkpoints to block escape into Palestinian territory.
