@GilesParkinson @DavidOsmond8 And I'm also curious about how/why Giles bit back so hard about these different sub-stages, and accused me for not getting around the basic facts. 
In @renew_economy  in October 2022 Sophie Vorath reported the ACT tender underwrote all 412MW... ie both sub-stages. 25/
