Competition Commission quickly approved the buy-out deal between @Nasdaq listed ASP Isotopes )they plan a secondary listing on @JSE_Group on conclusion of the deal) to buy-out $JSEREN @RenergenJHB 

Last admin hurdles will be getting the #REN lenders Standard Bank, IFC and DFC to sign off and the usual SARB 

Otherwise timeline seems of

#ASP closed at US$10.00 on @Nasdaq overnight which on the scrip buy-out ratio (at current R vs $ spot) = R15.82 per #REN with #REN closing on the #JSE at R15.20
