Based on the press release, which mentioned AP used BASF's RSF (Radical Skin Protection Factor) technology to assess the effectiveness of products formulated with the UV-R Pro™ technology, I had a feeling it was the latter but I wanted to be absolutely sure before sharing the news with you.

I sent some emails around, and three weeks later, I finally received confirmation from Amorepacific that Hera's "UV Protector Tone-Up" was not reformulated and the version currently on sale (launched in February 2023) was already formulated with UV-R Pro™ technology.

The technology has been in development for some time but it was only recently announced.
