Some thoughts on Real estate market:

Eight years ago, I sold Bitcoin at its $20K peak in 2017. With that, I started an Airbnb 🏠🔑 rental business, building it steadily without debt.

Grew my portfolio in 2021 and 2023. The 1st ones paid off fully, their value also rose by a x2
