The multi-year gap between classified and commercial quantum computing systems has always been scale since at least 2017.
There are engineering tasks, not fundamental challenges, and making the bounty larger won't make the timelines longer.
It's like betting on the progress of classified planes based on commercial demos.

What I see are 1M+ BTC in 50k addresses that cost less $20B to acquire.
