The third round of Ukraine–Russia talks in Istanbul has concluded. Both sides agreed to exchange not only military personnel but also civilians. Over XXXXX individuals are set to be included in the humanitarian swap, according to NSDC head Rustem Umerov. He also proposed a leaders’ summit with Erdoğan and Trump by the end of August.

As expected, there is no progress or breakthrough in terms of a ceasefire.
