Thank you.  Lotts of 'planning'...  Everything just has to be the right time.  Had 500k from investor to takeover gym there on Rosecrans in 2007.  My gut said no.  Next year was market crash.  People were not even buying gym memberships.  @JoshuaPatt14387 @KeKLivesMatters
