These include bridge pallets for Substrate-based chains, smart contract bridges like Snowbridge for Ethereum, and native XCM messaging for parachains. Tools like Polkawallet make sending funds across chains user-friendly. While the cross-chain experience is improving fast, using parachain bridges or popular protocols can help move assets like ETH from Base to Polkadot with increasing ease and security
