This is brazen anti-Ethereum FUD. Addressing only the "premine" talking point:

The vast majority of ETH's 'premine' was actually an open crowdsale, where every participant was on a level playing field, and which was done verifiably on a public blockchain.

Ethereum subsequently had X years of mining and high inflation diluting the premine.
