- False. Sorry to disappoint. There is no 'cabal' here. Just people passionate about memecoins. So much so, we're pioneering MemeFi, to disrupt the trad model.

X. 'IMF business model is asking organic grassroots for free tokens' 
- False. In fact, the opposite. We've given away millions in $IMF rewards for communities. Feel free to use data  to verify and inform your opinions:

X. 'IMF facilitates lending against those tokens, thus introducing a short market and a conflict of interest' 
- False. We don't lend collateral. We actually deliver new buying power to those that are listed. ($1m in 24hrs for SPX). Again - no cabal.

X. 'no one is allowed to vote on listings except for IMF insiders (holders prior to a certain date) 
- False. Anyone can vote, as long as they hold $IMF . 
One token = one vote  (for context, that's just over a dollar). 

X. 'Cabal then goes on X and shamelessly begs organic token holders for bribes for something we don’t want and never asked for'
