Meaning, that the Obama admin lied.

Russia did not interfere in the 2016 election or “hack” the election for Trump. If anything, they helped Hillary Clinton.

Meaning the entire Russia collusion story is a lie, concocted by Obama and his intelligence heads, in an effort to overturn the results of the 2016 election, and remove the duly elected POTUS.
