@HeidiVoight The recent story is; 
The Defense Approached the Prosecution for a Plea Deal. 
Sadly, the Prosecution Accepted it. 
As if that wasn't bad enough.
The judge didn't have to Accept the Plea Deal, sadly he did accept it.
