Wild.. how do we translate the data here?

Specifically.. let's say during this window, a XXX lot of the 6330 calls trades at 11:45 when the option has a XX delta and then another 100x trades at 11:55 when the option has a XX delta.

XXX total calls trade, different deltas at time of trade

what do I see happen on this chart in this situation?
